“Growing local farming, so we all have local food!” is our motto. Local food is for everyone.
WE ARE CURRENTLY REORGANIZING TO BEGIN AGAIN. We were very successful in getting farm food to local tables, but required the funds to purchase a delivery vehicle, and refrigerated storage. It was time to expand, or close. We are hoping to be set for expansion in the future. We are currently in discussion with several other groups (township, non-profit) that are interested in our mission of bringing food grown locally to nearby residents and businesses, and growing the agricultural economy of Northwest New Jersey.

Finally! Springhouse Creamery Cheese, from a fantastic pastured based dairy in Fredon, is here!
These soft cheese- similar in texture to Mozzarella- are pasteurized on-site, made exclusively from milk on this farm. NO hormones in this milk!
The cheese is available in lightly salted “plain” farmer cheese, or in tomato-basil or garlic and pepper flavors at this time.
It sells in vacuum-packed 1/2 lb slabs.
